Terms of Service

By working with VeloState, you agree to these straightforward terms. We believe in setting clear expectations so we can focus on building great systems.

1. Project Deliverables

We build custom AI and automation systems. We guarantee that your systems will function exactly as we agreed upon in our proposal. However, we cannot guarantee a specific number of new leads or closed deals, as those depend on market conditions and your sales team.

2. Monthly Maintenance & Retainers

If you hire us for ongoing monthly services, we are responsible for keeping your systems running smoothly, fixing bugs, and making minor updates. You can cancel this monthly service at any time by providing a 30-day written notice.

3. Software Costs

You are responsible for paying the direct software costs required to run your systems (for example, your monthly ChatGPT API usage or Twilio text message fees). We will set these accounts up in your name, and you will be billed directly by those providers.

4. Liability & System Changes

We build robust systems, but we are not liable for any lost revenue due to third-party software outages (e.g., if OpenAI or your CRM goes offline). Once we hand over the keys, you own the workflows. If you or your team accidentally break the automations by changing settings without us, we are happy to fix it, but those repairs will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
